Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app from your app store. Your account data will be preserved.
Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings. Go to Settings > OneNow and ensure notifications are turned on.
Ensure your payment method is valid in your app store account. Try restarting the app and attempting the purchase again.
Check your internet connection. Pull down on most screens to manually refresh. If issues persist, try signing out and back in.
If using email login, try resetting your password. For Apple/Google sign-in issues, ensure you're using the same account you originally signed up with.
Ensure the app has permission to access your photos. Check that your image isn't too large (max 10MB). Try using a different image.
