Delete your OneNow account

You can delete your account yourself in the OneNow app in a few minutes. If you can't use the app, email us and we'll delete it for you.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription

Apple and Google bill subscriptions, not OneNow. Cancel yours in the App Store or Google Play first, or you'll keep being charged after your account is gone. How to cancel

Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open OneNow and sign in.
  2. Open your profile, then tap the menu at the top right to open Settings.
  3. Under Account Actions, tap Delete Account.
  4. Follow the steps: check what will be deleted, type DELETE (and your password, if you sign in with email), then confirm.

Deletion starts right away and can't be undone. If you own a business account, you can choose to delete only the business and keep your personal account.

Cancel your subscription first

If you pay for a business plan or another OneNow subscription, cancel it in your app store. Deleting your account doesn't stop the store from billing you.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find OneNow and tap it
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions", then "Subscriptions"
  4. Find OneNow and tap it
  5. Tap "Cancel subscription"

Ask us by email

Can't open the app? Fill in this form and it writes the request in your email app for you to send, or email info@onenowapp.com yourself from the address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.

It helps us improve OneNow.

What's deleted and what's kept

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

What will be deleted

  • Your profile information (name, email, photo, bio)
  • All posts, stories, and content you've created
  • All comments and reactions
  • Direct messages and chat history
  • Community memberships and challenge participations
  • Follower/following relationships

What will be retained

  • Transaction records (required for legal/tax purposes) - anonymized
  • Aggregated analytics data (non-personally identifiable)
